Our centres are supported by our Managment team who work out of our Malvern head office. This team works hard to ensure our centres run smoothly and take care of all the 'behind the scenes' functions to ensure that our Centre Co-Ordinators and staff can focus on what's important- your children!

  • Sam & Gina Rosenberg
    Position: Managing Directors
    Sam is a Chartered Accountant who worked in private practice for 20 years before becoming involved in Childcare in August 1996. Gina is an early childhood qualified Primary and Kindergarten teacher. Together, they used their passion and knowledge to open their first centre in Lower Plenty in August 1996. Over the years, Sam and Gina have built and operated 10 centres and have always believed they could offer centres which are the happiest, safest and most innovative  for children, parents and staff. They have made a personal commitment to offer the best level of care and education- the children always come first!
     
    They see Kinder Haven as leader in creativity and have made a commitment to making each person within each centre  feel nurtured, special and fulfilled. They believe work should be fun and somewhere their team want to spend time- a happy team means happy children and happy children mean happy parents!

    Sam is primarily involved in Kinder Haven's development, finance and marketing. He enjoys travel and sports such as swimming and gym. Gina's experience and love for the industry makes her an ideal mentor for both the Area Manager, Megan and the entire Kinder Haven team. Sam and Gina have 3 daughters who have studied at tertiary level and who also love to travel.

  • Megan Sharman
    Position: Area Manager
    Megan manages our three centres across Melbourne, with eleven years of child care experience and four years as an Area Manager under her belt. She has a Certificate III and Diploma of Children’s Services and an Advanced Diploma of Children’s Services.
    The biggest reward of her job is being part of the most important stage in a child’s development, and watching little faces as they concentrate on something new. She is incredibly motivating and a great source of support and creativity for our team.
    In her spare time she likes to talk and spend time with her husband and two young children. She has two Labradors that are well loved and always happy to see her home.

  • Janine Bush
    Position: Financial Accounts Manager
    Janine worked for  Kutner Rosenberg, Sam's Melbourne based Chartered Accounting firm for 7 years.  She then went on to become involved with the launch of DODO Internet, after which she commenced with Kinder Haven in Sept 2005.   Janine commenced  Accounting studies by flexible learning in mid 2008 and aims to complete her Diploma in Accounting in late 2010/early 2011. Janine has 3 daughters and enjoys cooking, gardening and ballroom dancing.

  • Lisa Carman
    Position: Marketing and Communications Manager
    With a background in creative advertising and marketing, Lisa holds a BA Arts (Advertising) and a Diploma in Marketing. She has worked in a variety of industries including Air Conditioning and Horticulture. She has two little boys and enjoys spending time with her family, painting and drawing, going to the gym and travel.
