“We have 2 children who have attended Kinder Haven Moonee Ponds from 11 and 6 months. Each day, they are greeted with big smiles by friendly staff who seem genuinely happy to see them. The staff always seem to do more than expected...the daily journal, the scrapbook of their little and big achievements, the yearbook, as well as providing additional services such as animal visits, yoga, a specialist sports coach... all of which the children love.
 Kinder Haven has been a great support with our children’s development, important when as a new parent you are not always sure of the best way to do things. The group activities, social interaction, toilet training, teaching of manners and cleaning up after themselves, has contributed to our babies becoming independent children who like to help.
 It will be a sad day when they leave to go to school, but the friendships they have developed through their years at Kinder Haven will leave them with an excellent grounding  to begin their more formal education.”

“We couldn't be happier. Our son Lewis has been at Northland Kinder Haven since March 2006 (which I think was a week or two after it opened), he was 9 months old and this was an extremely stressful time for us as first time parents and with me returning to work. Lewis settled in straight away, I was the one who would get in the car in tears each morning! He will finish at Northland Kinder Haven at the beginning of 2011 in the Kinder Room in readiness for school. In September this year (2009) his younger brother Robbie started in the Babies room and he also adapted quite quickly and once again it was me driving off in the car in tears! The staff have been and are fantastic, the care provided has been wonderful. All the staff are friendly and approachable. We lived in Preston; virtually a hop, skip and jump from the centre and at the beginning of 2008 we shifted to South Morang and there are many child care centres nearer where we live, but we decided to leave Lewis at Kinder Haven as we are very happy with the care provided at Kinder Haven. We would like to pass on our appreciation to Sam and Gina for the great centre they manage and a big thank you to all the staff at Northland Kinder Haven - we would highly recommend Kinder Haven to anyone.”
