We care for babies from their first immunisation until they are ready for transition into the Toddler room, which is about the time they are able to walk freely, roughly one year of age. There are many factors we consider before a child transitions to the Toddler Room: their physical, social and emotional development; the development of other children in the room; and parent feedback. The decision will always reflect what is best for the baby at the time.
Kinder Haven provides every baby with a warm and secure environment. Personalised schedules and tender interactions encourage them to learn, develop and grow in their own unique way. Babies grow and change constantly during their first year so each child has a communication book, which allows staff to keep a record of your child’s day and to note any changes in behaviours etc. Toys in the room are selected to help encourage the children’s development, stimulate, and entertain them throughout the day. Your baby will always be in a safe and nurturing environment.
