Healthy Hommus

Four ingredients blitzed together in a food processor or bullet blender and you have a delicious, simple and healthy snack! Perfect on crackers, or to dip your little ones favourite crunchy veggies!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 can of chick peas

Method:

  1. Add the can of chick peas to a food processor
  2. Add in the oil
  3. Add in the cumin
  4. Add in the lemon juice
  5. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy

We served with carrot, celery and cucumber sticks!
